Black pepper to taste
Pizza base 6" size 1
paneer dices 5-8
Mushrooms cup 1/2
Basil leaves (Tulsi leaves) cup 1/2
Butter tbsp 1
Britannia block cheese cup 1
Britannia Cheezza cup 1
Pizza sauce tbsp 4
     
1 Start by lightly roasting small pieces of paneer and mushrooms in butter & set aside.
2 Brush the top crust of the dough with butter or olive oil and spread a layer of pizza sauce over it.
3 Arrange mushroom and paneer pieces over it and season with salt and black pepper.
4 Sprinkle with basil leaves and Oregano. Heap the base with grated Britannia Cheezza and also sprinkle some Britannia block cheese on top.
5 Grease the oven tray lightly with oil and gently transfer the pizza base with toppings on the tray.
6 Bake until the bottom is crisp and golden brown in colour and the cheese is fully melted. Remove from oven, cut into wedges and serve hot.
