Cherry and Pie Filling cups 2
Vanilla Extract tbsp 1
Sugar cup 1
Britannia Cheese (Softened) cups 3
Butter (Melted) cup 1/4
Cracker Crumbs cup 1
     
1 To prepare the crust combine cracker crumbs, 3 tsp sugar, and butter in a bowl.
2 Mix them properly and press onto bottom of a (9 inch) spring pan.
3 Meanwhile mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in an electric mixer until well blended.
4 Add beaten eggs gradually one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5 Pour the above prepared mixture in the pan and bake at 450 degree F for 10 minutes.
6 Reduce oven temperature to 250 degree F, continue baking for 30-40 minutes.
7 Loosen cake from rim of pan.Chill.
8 Spread cherry pie filling over cheesecake before serving.
9 Bake at 350 degree F for 10 minutes.
