Britannia block cheese grated cup 1/4
Britannia Cheezza shredded grams 170
Uncooked dough crust inch 12
Salt Tablespoon 1/2
Garlic, crushed and finely chopped Clove 1
Plum tomatoes Cup 1/2
Extra virgin olive oil Tablespoons 2
     
1 Combine 2 Tablespoon olive oil, tomatoes, garlic, and salt in bowl.
2 Then allow it to marinate while making the dough. Brush dough crust lightly with olive oil.
3 Then top the dough with cheese, tomatoes & drizzle it with olive oil.
4 Bake in preheated 500F oven on pizza stone for 8-10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
5 Remove it from the oven and top it with Britannia block cheese, then basil.
6 Finally cool on a wire rack for 2-3 minutes before cutting into wedges and serving.
